Sharing a few of their very favorite things with us, the chic owners and style guides of Coup de Coeur join StyledOn as a part of our popular Influencer Series.
Owners and style guides of Coup de Coeur (a personalized service that offers private shopping tours in New York) Lucia Tait and Amanda Sheppard know a thing or two about shopping. The two met in 2001 while attending Manhattan's Fashion Institute of Technology and instantly bonded over a shared love of fashion. Together they explored the city's vast array of retailers and developed a comprehensive knowledge of the NYC's stores, boutiques and showrooms.
As experienced shoppers with the inside scoop on which stores to hit (both mainstream and more indie), Tait and Sheppard are now considered go-to gals for a New York shopping experience like no other. Not only do they create custom shopping experiences for groups of all sizes, but they also organize and host shopping events and trunk shows in addition to freelance editorial styling.
Before turning their shopping passion into a career and launching Coup de Coeur in 2007, Sheppard worked as fashion coordinator at Girlshop.com and Tait in the advertising and marketing department at luxury lifestyle mag, Elite Traveler before moving on to Vivre. We're pleased to have these two young entrepreneurs join our Influencer Series and got them to spill on a few of their favorite things...
Favorite everyday item?
Amanda Sheppard: My Hermès Kelly Bracelet and Pamela Love Talon Cuff (both pictured top, right). I love the juxtaposition of the two styles when worn together – tough and classic.

Most treasured place?
AS: Seaside, Florida. It's a tiny town with Southern Charm and incredible architecture.
LT: Amagansett in the spring!
