Walking into the new 1969 boutique in SoHo, you feel more as if you're stepping into a chic loft rather than the typical Gap store you might expect to find. Truthfully, we've been fans of the Gap for as long as we can remember, but the 1969 collection has reaffirmed our love for old faithful.
The store features a full range of Gap's 1969 signature fits and washes including some of the softest, lightweight denim we've seen for spring, super exclusive European and Japanese styles (which are indicated on the labels seen below and currently feature some great colors), and the store's very own Jean Experts, to help you select the very best pair to fit both your booty and personality.

Dive deeper into 1969 at the store's iPad work table (seen below), which features Apple's chic tablets embedded into a wooden table for you to play on 1969's own app or a few of the store's favorite from Nylon and The New York Times, to GQ and Dwell.

The store also features several deep wooden benches set within the center display build, coffee table books and foreign magazines lying around to offer sartorial inspiration, and even a wall of wooly pockets in the back–just to throw a bit of green into the mix.
For Spring 2011, the Gap is feeling higher rise trouser jeans and sexy boots cuts. Which style will you be wearing?
