Get the Look Now: Missoni Cruise 2011

A perennial favorite of ours, Missoni inspires us to mix things up and live life in full color. Get the look of the 2011 Cruise collection now with beaded bangles from nOir, chic sandals from Proenza Schouler and much more.

“Strong, with lots of character and color,” is how Angela Missoni described her newest collection for the Cruise 2011 season. As reported by WWD, the house’s patterns were super graphic and bold, obviously inspired by Africa in the way of motifs and color combinations, while the silhouettes took their cue from the sixties. And while all that is fine and dandy, we're obsessing over the overall look – especailly the super stacked bangles and standout accessories.

To get the look, start with some great beaded bracelets, like those shown top, right (3 for $16.99). Stack them up high with other brightly colored bangles you have. Dannijo's Zula trade beaded necklaces ($595) will also give you the look – even if you're just wearing a simple black tank. If jewelry isn't really your thing, kick things off instead with a pair of chic black and white Proenza Schouler sandals ($1,220).
