UK e-retailer Asos.com brings its huge selection of fashions from the designer spectrum to the US with a new site for the American shopper.

Asos Goes Stateside

While none of us here at StyledOn have purchased anything from Asos.com, that is likely to change with the debut of their new US site in September. We peruse their wares on a regular basis (hello, rompers!) and have found some seriously delicious finds, but the whole “international shipping” thing can be a pretty big turnoff – not just for the rates (which admittedly are very reasonable), but also for the inconvenience of returns.

But with over 800 men’s and women’s brands, including the very budget friendly Asos brand and their designer collaboration lines, Asos could very well become our new one-stop e-shop. Among the StyledOn favorites carried are Sass & Bide, Chloe, Preen handbags, Stolen Girlfriends Club, and Ann-Sofie Back.

The founder and CEO of Asos tells WWD that the new US site "will have prices in dollars, different vocabulary and a locally relevant homepage." Great news for our closets, bad news for our wallets.

Have you shopped Asos.com yet? Will you shop their after the new US site launches?
