Spanish blogger Paula Ordovas of MyPeeptoes.com is an eternal optimist. Her blog is a refreshing mix of cute, wearable styles, and a closer look at the style scene in her hometown of Madrid. We love watching her unique take on trends and always get a mood boost from her sunny disposition. Read on to hear who her favorite Spanish designers are and what she's lusting after for spring.

StyledOn: Tell us a little about yourself – how did you get into blogging?
Paula Ordovas: I’m both a journalist and blogger, and I’m passionate about fashion and my work. I wanted to share my ideas and my way of interpreting fashion, and a blog seemed like a great idea.

SO: How would you describe the style scene in Madrid?
PO: The latest in fashion comes to Madrid later than in other countries. However, Spanish people have a strong dose of elegance and style when they dress up. I just think we should innovate more and faster.

SO: Who is your favorite Spanish designer?
PO: I love the colorful designs of Ana Locking and the romantic essence of Alma Aguilar’s collections.

SO: What is the most treasured item in your closet?
PO: My vintage Christian Dior fur coat. So cozy!

SO: What’s at the top of your wishlist right now?
PO: Stella McCartney’s new summer crochet Falabella bag.

SO: What’s your favorite accessory to add to any outfit?
PO: Definitely shoes. To me, they really say a lot about a person. 

SO: You have such pretty, curly hair! What’s your secret?
PO: I have no secrets. I just don't use a dryer; I let it dry in the wind!

SO: Do you have any big plans or goals for your blog this year?
PO: Peeptoes is the hub of my creativity and 100% Paula. It's where I disconnected from my daily routine and talk about the collections and designs that I feel passionate about, and share my views and the events that I get to attend. My goal is to keep things going like this for a long time. My blog brings me good things every day and that's the best reward. But, there are collaborations and interesting photo shoots to come. So... stay tuned!

SO: We love your blog and read it on a regular basis. Which blogs do you read the most?
PO: My current favorites are Starzz in Their Eyes, and Fashion Squad. They’re perfect for the latest fashion news and a hefty dose of inspiration!

SO: Tell us something about yourself that we might not expect.
PO: I am pure energy – if I could have a super power it would be to be in several places at once. I love looking at fashion editorials in Vogue and Harper's Bazaar, and I adore shopping for shoes. I enjoy my job. And lastly, my favorite time of day is the time I spend in the morning with my Starbucks chai tea, and a good article in hand.
