Take a twirl this week with Audrey, our latest Blog Love, and be Frassy, not sassy.
Audrey Rogers may have jumped across the globe growing up, but she finally settled in Paris where she, and her blog Frassy, twirled into our radar and became our latest Blog Love. Audrey considers herself an American but she's got Parisian-chic nailed. A huge fan of black, leather, and studded clothing, she's also been known to wear head-to-toe pink to always keep us on our toes. Learn all about Audrey, her nomadic lifestyle, and her most prized Chanel in our one-on-one with her below!
StyledOn: Tell us a little about yourself - how did you get into blogging?
Audrey Rogers: I started my blog while I was studying at University, I wanted a creative outlet aside from my degree. Since then, its become a full time job.

SO: When you started your blog, did you ever think it would turn into a career?
AR: Never! It started slowly but surely and I had a huge advantage in that I started Frassy before the blogging craze hit Europe, so I was relatively established at the perfect time.
SO: When did you first fall in love with fashion?
AR: Very early on, my mother is somewhat of a clothes maven, she makes most of her wardrobe herself, so I was brought up with that influence from a very early age. I remember the first time I went to Zara when I was 13, and I just fell in love with the idea of styling my own outfits with money I made from weekend chores.
SO: Has your style evolved at all since you started your blog? If so, how?
AR: I think my style is constantly changing, I think its a normal progression - fashion is fast evolving industry and so, on a personal level, I think my wardrobe is always being updated. Growing up in Spain I guess my style was primarily bohemian but as I grew into city life and developed more self-confidence, my wardrobe has definitely become more varied.

SO: How would you describe your style? Any go-to outfits?
AR: I love black, from blazers to silk tanks to leather pants - I wear a lot of black and gold jewelry. In terms of describing my style, I'd say its very sporatic - I like a lot of different styles and never ever stick to one. Fashion is too much fun to have one go-to style, I'm sartorial greedy, I wanna wear it all!
SO:Do you have any style secrets you'd like to share?
AR: I love buying mis-shapen vintage knitwear and converting them into cute crop sweaters. All it takes is a pair of scissors! Also, I'm really into everything studded right now, but recently bought a big box of studs from ebay and have been studding everything - its so much cheaper!
SO: What's the most treasured item in your closet?
AR: Probably my Balenciaga or my first ever Chanel, both bought for me by my Dad on one of our first trips to Paris.

SO: If you could collaborate with anyone on a project, who and what would it be?
AR: Chanel or Isabel Marant - I am crazy crazy in love with both of these brands, it would be such an honour to collaborate with either of them!
SO: We're loving your blog! Which blogs do you read the most?
AR: Jules from Sincerely Jules, Liz from Late Afternoon, Blair from Atlantic Pacific, Peony from Peony Lim - these girls are always so classy - and constantly inspired my own outfit choices!
SO: Growing up all over, what made you decide to stop and set up your life in Paris?
AR: I've always loved Paris, I fell in love with this city at 16 and always dreamed of living here. Nothing compares to Paris. Saying that, I def think I will move again and again- my childhood was rather nomadic and I think growing up in different places really stays with you as an adult.
