From Hermès to Hanky Panky, our editors dish on what they're wearing now...

Deeply personal, it is no secret that style comes from within. Conveyed through everything we wear, how we act, the words we choose, the music we listen to, etc., our style has the ability to influence others and vice versa.

What gives StyledOn its unique style is the blend of influences from each of our editors, writers and especially you, our community members. The items you share with us via your posts are what excite us to explore new avenues daily whether they be about your favorite new shoes or links to the blogs you find inspirational. We encourage you to continue to share what rocks your world and we will do the same.

Here, with out newest feature What We're Wearing Now, we'll show you a bit of our personal picks to help you understand us a bit better and get a glimpse at what we're actually wearing...

Editor's Pick Hermes Bracelet Rebecca Minkoff MAB Mini Bindya Scarves Hunter boots
"For my birthday I receive a ridiculously chic Hermès Collier de Chien bracelet. Mine is black with gold hardware and I absolutely adore it–I'll probably never take it off!

"I've also been living in my black Hunter Wellies (complete with the Hunter fleece sock), which is the only way to survive the city when the weather outside is frightful; Bindya's gorgeous scarves are also keeping me warm (and adding color to my typically black palate), while my gold Rebecca Minkoff Morning After Mini handbag helps me keep my life all together."

Editor's Picks Sperry Helmut Lang Kenneth Jay Lane Timex Alexis Bittar

"No matter what the season, I always layer over camisoles or tanktops. This one from Helmut Lang is unbelievably soft and a huge staple in my wardrobe. My Sperry Topsider high tops were an incredible find. This updated take on the classic boat shoe is much more versatile and great for winter (and they have an awesome plaid lining!).

"I keep a big stash of gold jewelry by my bedroom door and grab a handful every morning. There are some nicer pieces, some cheapies and some beautiful family heirlooms, but I always try to find a mix that represents my style." | Alexis Bittar Disco Ring, Timex Expansion Band Watch, Kenneth Jay Lane bangles

–Emily Kropp, Assistant Editor

"I literally had to call the warehouse to get the Gryson Grove Ankle Boots in my size, a whopping US 11. I also had to work to track down my Alexander Wang Donna Hobo when it was first released in August–the bag is like my security blanket in a city full of fierce fashionistas.

"I usually go tough for the winter so I like to layer my jeans and chunky knits over some ultra girly underpinnings; I never leave home without a pair of low rise Hanky Pankys. And for my under $10 obsession, I love Kushyfoot socks, available at your nearest Duane Reade."
