Emeco continues to improve upon their stellar design with the latest retooling of their 1006 Navy Chair, which first debuted in 1944 as a product for the US Navy. Originally made in aluminum, today 80% of the aluminum used on the 1006 chair is recycled, yet the chair is so well designed that it has an impressive lifespan of 150 years.
The newly released 111 Navy Chair is made from 111 recycled plastic Coca Cola bottles, and took four years of research and testing to create. It’s now available in six colors and can be used both indoors and out, making it pretty much the perfect chair for any space. I’ll take one of each, please.
