Designer Bio
Lindsey Adams Adelman followed her BA in English from Kenyon College with a degree in Industrial Design from the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD). After two years with Resolute, a lighting company in Seattle, she returned to New York in 1998 to collaborate with David Weeks at his design studio in Brooklyn. While in NY, Adelman began producing a series of intricate drawings made with strands of human hair on paper. The work has been shown at the Earl McGrath Gallery in NY and at the Houston gallery in Seattle. wehaveaproblem.com She also has a line of t-shirts and handbags under the name Esterly.
