Designer Bio

Lindsay Sternberg was born and raised in Los Angeles, but she cut her teeth in New York’s fashion world—working under established and exacting designers, and holding jobs both in fashion production and PR—before starting Kenny back in L.A. in 2009 The Kenny line is deeply rooted in family and memories, many of the styles inspired from old photographs of Sternberg’s own mother and grandmother. The concept is simple, and outside of trend-driven fashion: Isolate timeless silhouettes and styles that make women feel good, but source and design exciting new fabrics to give these pieces fresh life. With Kenny, Sternberg looks to salute the past while inviting women to build new memories in her clothes. That week stores began to place orders on those pieces, which are a part of the line to this day, and Kenny was born. [READ MORE]
