Editor's Essentials: Fashion Week Edition

1. During fashion week we carrying our lives with us wherever we go. Mulberry's Bayswater bag (above) is perfect for keeping everything together and always helps us remain calm in the eye of the storm (or at least look like we are).

2. Starbucks coffee. What can we say... we know that we consume a bit too much coffee, but it keeps us going strong all day long. Why Starbucks? They're everywhere and if we're really dragging towards the end of the day, we can always perk ourselves up via the serious sugar high courtesy of a coffee frap or mocha.

3. Going in and out of different venues all day long can do a number on your body. And when getting sick is simply not an option, keeping a scarf handy (like the tiger striped David Szeto one above) helps you deal with the constant environmental transitions you're sure to face.

4. iPhone/blackberry/whatever. Because constant communication and total organization is more important during FW than perhaps coffee is...

5. Muji pens. Simple, sleek and StyledOn, we love everything at Muji–especially the clicker pens in darker gray.

6. A staple of writers and editors everywhere, Moleskine notebooks are a must as well.

7. And when you're drinking coffee and talking to hundreds of people all day long, the fresh-making power of Mentos are a godsend.

8. Although we'll be wearing our favorite new heels (courtesy of the Phi closing sale) and our beloved OTK boots, Lanvin flats save our soles.
